The People & Well-being Department launched the Refer-a-friend initiative to encourage our team members to help us find future talent. We fully trust the judgment and expertise of our employees.

Team members who successfully refer a candidate receive a reward if the new hire completes a six-month trial period. This is how we recognize the outstanding human and professional qualities we welcome each year. It’s just one of the many ways we support the more than 800 people who make up Proa Group.
